  • The Reset

    This 3-session package is designed to help you reset yourself, focusing on one particular matter that's occupying your headspace. Together, we’ll work on what you need to address, challenging the blocks and thought spirals that keep you stuck. As a Certified Life Coach and Wellness Coach, I'm here to guide you through this transformative process.

  • The Bespoke

    The 6-session bespoke package is tailored to your unique needs. You may prefer weekly sessions for ongoing support as you navigate your current challenges, or you might want to space out the last few sessions to maintain alignment. In our collaborative personal coaching sessions, we’ll explore what’s happening in your world and work together to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

  • The Bloom

    The Bloom package offers long-term support as you work through life’s challenges. This package is a container to help nourish you in growing and achieving goals and realising dreams. We'll work through your fears and imposter syndrome and get you on your success path. In our safe and encouraging space, you’ll address blocks and setbacks, allowing you to fully bloom into your authentic, empowered self with the guidance of your Certified Life Coach.

    If you’ve been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), you may feel overwhelmed or unsupported. This common condition affects 1 in 10 women in the UK, yet each person experiences it differently. Symptoms like brain fog, weight fluctuations, irregular periods, hirsutism, acne, infertility, hair loss, exhaustion, anxiety, and low self-esteem can be challenging.

    The Habit Breaker package is designed to help you break free from outdated habits that no longer serve you.

    Together, we’ll create a safe space to dive deep into your patterns, finding new ways to respond & develop sustainable, actionable steps for lasting change.

    Research shows it takes an average of 66 days to form a habit, so we’ll work together over six sessions across three months to implement positive change effectively.

    Are you feeling stuck, unsure whether to move back to the past or forward into your future? Navigating the aftermath of a breakup or losing someone you love can be overwhelming. The fear of what comes next is real & letting go of someone who was a big part of our life is never easy, regardless of the circumstances.
